odd firefox issue - can click on any page and make a cursor

Type about:config and set accessibility.browsewithcaret to false.

Anyone seen this before - with the latest firefox - I can click on any
page - anywhere - and a cursor appears. I can't _edit_ anything per
se, but I can get a blinking cursor.
