Nancy Pelosi to save newspapers?

This makes no economic sense at all. Pelosi wants the Justice Department to look at possibly loosening media ownership rules so struggling papers can merge operations. It's bad for competition, bad for freedom of speech, and makes no economic sense. Newspapers are dying in print form, for good reason.
