Chicago to be evacuated during the NATO summit?

This on the heels of both CAG and the 160th SOAR being sighted and filmed
in the area. If you follow the links in the second article they show the
film from Chicago, those are not blackhawks as the report says, they are
little birds, and only one organization in the military uses them.
Could this be a false flag operation to enable the deceleration of martial
law?
Could it be they are operating on actionable intelligence that they don't
want to talk about?
Why the hell is NATO meeting here anyway, and not in Brussels?

Yeah..it's going to be fun. They have been fly blackhawks and training the
Illinois national guard in urban warfare...it's going to be an interesting
protest, that is for sure. I am seriously thinking about stopping by the
local army surplus store and picking up a couple of chemical protective
masks for me and the wife before we head to the protests. The pics I saw
were blackhawks.

Those look like hawks to me... There was a nother one that was mentioned in
the news. I had never heard of it before. I was thinking it was a
replacement for the Kiowa Scouts they used back in the late 80's as Apache
spotters and targeters...could that be what you are thinking of?

Right at the opening of this video, see the small helicopter with the guys
legs hanging out, those are little birds, used for dynamic entry missions
by CAG, Ranger Batt and the ISA. Better shots around 50 seconds.
Flown only by the 160th SOAR.
They are much smaller than the Blackhawk, they can have fast rope rigs set
up (you can see the mounts in the video), but usually hover or land so the
guys on the skids can hop off.
Posse Comitatus anyone?

So they look like mini Blackhawks then> I am just not seeing their size? Is
it possible that the 160th has NG and Reserve components/sister units? Do
you know the name of the chopper?
From a wiki on them.." In 1986, it was re-designated as the 160th Aviation
Group (Airborne); and in May 1990, the 160th Special Operations Aviation
Regiment (Airborne). As demand for highly-trained Special Operations
Aviation assets bloomed, the regiment activated three battalions, a separate
detachment, and incorporated one Army National Guard unit, the 1st
Battalion, 245th Aviation (OK ARNG)" Since this was from 86...it is
entirely possible they have expanded on this and created other NG
units...not discounting the possibility that active duty troops are involved
though. With all of the other raping and pillaging of our rights...this
would not surprise me and it would be in line with provisions in the Patriot
Act.
IL National guard...not federal troops. ILNG has or has a part of a SFG. A
friend is a member of it... So I don't think this falls under Possee
Commitatus, though it does skate around the spirit of the law. NG troops
are allowed to be used in law enforcement functions...though as we have seen
from the 1960's, they are ill equipped to do so and it lead to some really
bad consequences(Kent State)...not that the police are much better. They
have become paramilitary forces with all of their militarized equipment and
weapons. Welcome to the police state folks...

NM...I found a pic. I think they are using the Little Birds in addition to
Blackhawks. There are some definite Blackhawks there....they are pretty
distinctive. Even after 22 years I can spot one and ID out of the corner of
my eyes hehehe. Little Birds have the glass from...Blackhawks don't. Now
if this is the 160th...that would fall in line with where they are
stationed. The Little Hawk pilots are all former Blackhawk pilots
(according to the Wiki).

NATO rotates the annual ministerial level meetings. Last year it was
Canada, next year I think its either France or Poland.

"Could this be a false flag operation to enable the deceleration of martial
law?"
A psuedo martial law. It won't officially be declared, just enacted.
"Could it be they are operating on actionable intelligence that they don't want
to talk about?"
Of course. And everyone should know what it is. It's going to be the
protestors who are sick and tired of the government interfering in foreign
affairs by using troops and tax dollars.
Wait until the DNC in Charlotte. The city and organizers have done
everything they can think of to prohibit protestors. Anyone with an iota
of common sense can see this turning nasty real quick.

Charlotte will receive a $50 million grant from the federal
government<http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Federal_government> for
convention security. The city plans to spend $25 million on undisclosed
weapons for the
police.[18]<http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/2012_Democratic_National_Convention#cite_note-17>
The city has also passed a variety of new laws, intended to curtail protest
activity. These include:
- Rules prohibiting camping on public property.
- Restricting the use of a list of different items: "cables, bars,
projectiles, spray guns, breakable containers," aerosol containers,
fireworks, smoke bombs, pepper spray, mace, masks, scarves, body-armor,
helmets, and police scanners.
These laws are permanent and will remain effective after the end of the
convention. They may also have ramifications before the convention: namely,
the eviction of Occupy
Charlotte<http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Occupy_Charlotte> from
its encampment downtown.[19]<http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/2012_Democratic_National_Convention#cite_note-18>

160th SOAR isn't even part of the regular Army command anymore, they now
belong to JSOC.
There isn't an NG component anymore, they did away with it.
Also, NDRP would allow them to actually declare martial law, and sieze
anything they want along the way, NDAA would allow them to detain anyone
they want under the auspices of belligerents, there is also a new federal
law they could use prohibiting protesting anywhere that the secret service
is doing protection on an individual.
This is absolutely sickening.

Yeah 20th group I think.
Anyway Special Forces fall under the auspices of SOCOM USASOC and USASFCOM,
SOCOM is in the normal chain of command under the JCS, JSOC is outside that
normal chain of command and contains what are called SMUs (Special Mission
Units) like CAG (Delta Force) SEAL team 6 AKA DEVGRU the ISA (intelligence
support activity) aka TF Orange, and some Nuclear Biological and Chemical
detection and response units.
They also pull from Ranger Batt and other units pretty much at will.
