Seem to work about the same. Drive incorporates google documents in with the folder. I just store bric-a-brac in each (mp3's, pdf's, epubs, downloads). I'm not real concerned about privacy. I would not, at this point, store important info in either. You own S3 bucket, or a server in your office, or whatever...
