Wisconsin's second-largest union, American Federation of State, County and Municipal Employees, had membership fall to 28,745 in February from 62,818 in March 2011,. The organization?s Afscme Council 24 fell to 7,100 from 22,300 . If unions are so great, why haven't they proven their worth to their potential and former members? I think that would be good - riots in the streets means that people are actually paying attention to how much the government taxes out of your paycheck. Payroll taxes should be way more obvious to people, including the hidden "employer" portions. -Cameron ... It seems like they lost their focus rather quickly though. Can't wait to see the protest at the DNC later this summer. That'll be an eye opener.
