So I have spent a little under the last month delivering meals for

So I have spent a little under the last month delivering meals for those elder who are "home bound" (Meals on Wheels) and I've noticed some patterns... 1. Each person is thankful but short. I would think if they didn't have folks near them they would want to chat my ear off. 2. Almost all have a special diet consideration... I thought the idea of "no gluten", or "no wheat" was a new thing allowed with our personalization of the food industry. Just some food for thought.... Take care of your family...
