" As usual a rather one sided view. The land was sold to the occupants but then there was a claim that the sale was illegal. The case is still in the courts but the Israeli court system is overwhelmingly left wing and decided that the land should be evacuated even as the case was being decided. There is much more to the story than aljazeera is saying, but what do you expect. This is no where near the first time the court has stepped in as the article states; Just the most recent. And the number of new housing units is wrong. And, and, and. But who cares about little facts. Note what I'm saying above. No defense of anyone, just stating what was missing from the article and what was 'misinterpreted' (they wouldn't lie, would they?). I hate journalistic misrepresentation or concealment of fact. A lie by omission is a lie by commission if the omission is on purpose.
