windows folder question

I think I am missing something...i am trying to rename a folder (Windows
2008 server) and it is locked. It says it is either open or in use. I have
killed CF and IIS and anything else that looks like it might even be
glancing at the folder...anything else I should think about killing so I can
rename it. I had to check out from subversion as it was losing the
connection to the subversion server when I was trying to switch. Updates
and checkout seem to work fine...go figure. So I checked it out to a
different folder and now I want to swap them out.
