Too many emails from an agency

One way I find to help with that is to use my domain and sign up with unique emails. CareerBuilder@mostdeadlygame.com I don't even see anymore (unless I want to). It simply emails them back the email, sends a copy to the webmaster, abuse, root and a few others.
