To get our company name out there and to locate candidates in any IT discipline? R/ Leyla Osman We personally advertise in the local business ledgers and publications, we get a great response, about 50 new contacts a week and about 15 new clients a week. I think that regardless of what printed media you publish in, that the publication should have a complimentary website. So for example, while I wouldn't necessarily buy the Sunday OC Register in Orange County, I WOULD check their online classifieds (which is a duplicate of the paper) for a job. So I guess that's the key - hit two birds with one stone with major publications. Aside from that, I would suggest that whatever publication you use should have at least a weekly cycle if not daily because we all know how long it takes to put together a monthly publication. By the time you place that it, it could be a month or more before it's published. ---mark --- Leyla Osman <losman@sygnetics.com> wrote: ----- Excess quoted text cut - see Original Post for more ----- Oops, my bad, I read the question wrong. We have used both the macromedia boards and Monster. They seem to do pretty well.
