Small, local development company is seeking talented web programmers who can bring their expertise, willingness to learn and strong work ethic to a fun company. Ideal candidate has 3-4 years of experience with ColdFusion, HTML, JavaScript, CSS, SQL (creating database structure, some stored procedures) and possibly light Photoshop duties. Other languages are a plus but not a necessity. Position would be a contract, 40 hours a week position with a 30 day trial period. Salary is negotiable but this is a mid-level position and will start at a salary range befitting that level. Candidates MUST live within 20 miles of Santa Clarita, CA to be considered. While you do not need to work in our office (you can work from your own home or office) you must be local enough to be available for weekly meetings. What are we looking for in the first 30 days? - Reliability: You say you will get something done, you get it done - Responsibility: You're available and working some sort of set hours each day - Completeness: Code is well written, clean and without bugs - Ability to Learn: We have a style and existing code to re-use If you want to work in a truly fun, light-stress environment and fit the above qualifications then email a resume, code sample and a bit about yourself in email.
