Cold Fusion Developer Needed in Washington, DC

Senior Developer/Team Lead This is a technical, supervisory position located in Washington, DC dealing with web application development/maintenance that requires significant experience in ColdFusion MX, Oracle and MS SQL Server database development.   As a Senior Developer/Team Lead, your duties will include: "Requirements gathering through communicating with internal clients; "Specification formation and analysis for proposed integrated solutions; "Time and resource management throughout the development life cycle; "Designing, developing, testing, and maintaining scalable software solutions for multiple internal clients; "Supporting new as well as existing internal client relationships by identifying and resolving potential defects, while concurrently maintaining a code base common to all applications and internal clients; "Work with the development team to plan, perform, and maintain routine product modifications, enhancements, and upgrades; "Manage a team of five developer and data architect; "Interface with customer's POC as needed; Required Skills: 4-Year Degree in Computer Science or related field 5+ years of experience in Web-based applications development utilizing established software development methodologies in ColdFusion, Oracle and MS SQL Server. Coldfusion 8,  MS SQL Server 2000/2005, Oracle 10g, AJAX, Flash, JAVA, HTML, DHTML, XHTML, CFML, XML, CSS, JavaScript, SQL, PL/SQL, T-SQL, user-defined functions, stored procedures, triggers, and Windows Server running an IIS Web server.
