Job Description Small Internet marketing company in The Colony, TX (Dallas-TX area) is searching for a web application software developer with 4+ years of multi-disciplinary experience in web and Internet software developed using the Adobe Cold Fusion application framework.  Qualified candidates will need experience and a strong desire to learn and grow with us. Job Description Creative and innovative Software Developer to be responsible for coding, troubleshooting and improving high volume ColdFusion web applications related to email, co-registration and other internet marketing technologies.  We are looking for the right kind of developer who can work and modify code in an existing framework while helping to plan design and performance improvements.  You will be working in a small, tight-knit group of professionals in an environment where everyone's contribution and work are critical to the success of our projects.   You will need to be self-motivated to focus and work independently on your primary project, interfacing with our CTO as required for design requirements, development planning, and troubleshooting.  However, we are looking for a person that can multi-task well when called upon to "shift gears" and jump in and out of other projects without losing concentration on your primary goals. We do NOT follow standard software design methodologies; we are more flexible in order to respond to the rapidly changing internet environment and needs of our customers.  Our methods are highly adaptable and constantly evolve on a daily basis. US Citizen/Green Card (No H1B) .
