Our Dealerskins division is currently recruiting for a Programmer/Developer III. Candidate will utilize languages and tools such as JAVA, .NET, HTML, ColdFusion, SQL, etc. to design, document, create and test computer software, including web applications. This position is based in Nashville, TN. JOB REQUIREMENTS: Ideal candidate MUST meet the following criteria:     * Positive, customer-focused, and team-oriented attitude     * Five or more years experience programming in a server-side language such as ColdFusion, PHP, Java, Ruby, or .NET (note: we use ColdFusion)     * Excellent working knowledge of X/HTML and CSS     * Experience with JavaScript and JavaScript frameworks such as JQuery, ExtJs, Prototype and/or Scriptaculous     * Excellent working knowledge of SQL and SQL Server     * Ability to write select, insert, update, delete and join statements independently     * Solid understanding of Flash Platform application development or the willingness to learn     * Ability to write highly optimized and readable code     * Desire to be part of a strong development team encompassing industry-leaders     * Strong written and verbal communication skills     * Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced development environment     * Ability to manage time effectively, meet project deadlines, and work independently Skills and Experience Considered a Plus, But Not Required:     * Experience with Ajax     * Experience using Eclipse, and Eclipse-based plugins     * Experience with Version Control software, such as CVS or Subversion     * Experience with data-driven Flash development, including Flash Remoting and Web Services     * Experience with Adobe Flex     * Design Experience in Photoshop, Fireworks, Flash and related software We offer a dynamic environment, excellent growth opportunities, competitive earnings and a comprehensive benefits package including a generous 401(k).
