Developer for On-Line Image Editor

Need a developer, (work remote on-line) to develop an on-line image editor. Looking for HTML 5 editor with our custom functions. Must have a proven track record developing on-line image editors. Must be a GREAT communicator and be available via phone & e-mail. You will be a key contributor and we are open to new ideas. Limited time & budget initially, however expected to grow functionality and project scope once past proof of concept stage. We can license some pieces and build on them. This is part of a larger project with member’s areas, libraries, shopping cart, etc. with the developer has the option of also working these but not a requirement.
