The Lattice (www.latticesemi.com) web development team is seeking an individual who is an outstanding leader, strategist, and ColdFusion developer to direct the corporation's global web operations. Accountabilities: 'Responsible for the development and maintenance of Lattice's global internet and intranet web presence, email marketing and supporting infrastructure. 'Provide technical and managerial leadership for the web team. 'Partner with Marketing and other departments to drive Lattice's web strategy. 'Develop new products and services to extend the goals of the company. 'Stay current on web technologies and champion their application within the company. Qualifications: 'BS degree with 5 years relevant experience and 2 years management experience. 'Required technical expertise in: oColdFusion, HTML, CSS, and PHP; oRelational SQL databases (preferably Oracle), including design and queries. 'Experienced in managing a team.
