Coldfusion Developer - Los Angeles CA

The Position will be largely coding in ColdFusion MX, Ajax/JS, SQL and some Java. iConstituent, LLC is the leading provider of political and legislative e-communications services with nearly 200 Congressional clients plus many state legislatures. We have an immediate opening for a ColdFusion Developer to join our team building our flagship application. Responsibilities Include * Develop applications and code in CF MX 8 and MS SQL Server 2000/2005 under set timelines and technical specifications * Work closely with a small development team on the development of flagship application Required * BS/MS Computer Science or Engineering REQUIRED * 2+ years ColdFusion MX 7/8 or Java Experience Desired * 2+ years working in a multi-instanced clustered environment * 2+ years working with Microsoft SQL Server 2000 and Enterprise Manager * 3+ years X/HTML * 2+ years CSS (positioning, font management, layout) * 2+ years JavaScript * Visual Source Safe/Source Control * CS or MIS Degree (or workplace/experience equivalent) Desired * Expertise with OOP * Experience with VB, C#, C++, or Java desirable * Experience with CF Frameworks such as Model-Glue Compensation Commensurate with experience and market rates.
