(ot) Adobe Air Developer Needed

I apologize for the post here.  I tried a few times last night to post to the AIR lists but kept getting 550 errors.  It also seems as though the list hasn't been active so wondering if just issues. I am seeking an Adobe Air Developer to do a proof of concept piece for me with a quick turnaround.  Without going into to many details it will need to be able to: 1. Drag and Drop a Word/PDF/Text file to the application, preferably right to system tray. 2. Send that document to a webservice. 3. Receive the response from the service 4. Insert certain xml fields into a table. If you know of someone or you yourself can crank this out please let me know you rate, guesstimate (I wont hold you to it with such little info) and when you can start on it. Thanks!
