Business Analyst This pivotal role is about providing the bridge between the commercial / creative function within the business and the technical team. The overriding objective is to ensure that product concepts are properly interpreted and specified from the outset so that the technical team are provided with clear requirements.   Day to day duties will involve  liaising with technical staff to ensure smooth and timely progress of projects from start to finish. In addition to having strong technical and project management skills, the person must also  have key soft skills such as influencing, negotiation and  strong communication. Product Development: Assist with product Launches and release management; Work with product team to enhance and develop the product suite; Produce Production Requirement specification using UML; Develop test strategy for all new product launches; Liaise with internal marketing to produce sales collateral relating to new product launches; UML Skills. Documentation : Develop and maintain all XML API documents; Product Requirement Specifications; Develop and maintain Training Documents; Process Flows; Implementation Schedules; Collate and present FAQs; System / User Manuals. Development environment is Coldfusion / J2EE. Based in London UK (United Kingdom) - this is a permanent role you must be an EU citizen or hold a valid work permit for the UK.
