Support migrating ColdFusion Reports to JasperReports

Hi All,
I am looking for some contractual support in migrating a few CF reports (built
using the CF Report Builder) to JasperReports. There are a couple of bugs in the
CF implementation that we can't get around, so we have to look for alternate
solutions.
Here is what I need:
1) Detailed instructions on how to set up tomcat/jboss to use JasperReports.
(Conversely, if you can hook into JRun so that it runs with CF, all the better).
2) Convert several CTR files to Jasper files.
When done, I want to be able to call a webservice from CF that returns a PDF file
that is then served to the client. In addition, I want to be able to follow the
checklist you created to install and set up JRs on alternate servers whenever I
need to.
Hourly or per project is fine. Individual contractors or corps is fine too. Only
tele-workers though, as all work will be done offsite. Need completed before the
start of February.
