Web Developer: Functional Responsibility: 1.       Develop Web pages for the Clients external Websites. 2.       Applies, as appropriate, specific controls, meta-tags, to ensure that pages are consistent with current approved Web standards. 3.       Assists in establishing standards for use across Clients Websites. 4.       Analyzing Web pages for Section 508 compliance and resolves any issues of non-compliance prior to posting. 5.       Works with Content Managers to ensure content is accurate and resolve any issues prior to posting. Qualifications / Education: 1.       Four year degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or some other related field and at least two years experience in a related field. 2.       Four or more years of experience in Web development and Design without a four year degree. 3.       Extensive experience in Information Technology using the "Best Practices" in Web development. 4.       Working knowledge in current Web technologies and software including (Dreamweaver and ColdFusion) 5.       Working knowledge of Section 508 compliance rules. Cold Fusion Web Development and Design Responsibility: 1.      Serve as lead on design & developing government web pages tasks to ensure that Government requirements are interpreted correctly and the quality of products is maintained. 2.      Make recommendations to government Webmaster for developing systems and procedures to ensure compliance with requirements on Web pages. 3.      Provide support and counsel to Webmaster and other ETA components, as required, in matters pertaining new technologies across Websites. 4.      Work with Webmaster to develop projects on all Websites and provide non-compliance issues to the Webmaster. 5.      Oversee and participate in task order activities requiring technical and management skills, as appropriate. Qualification/ Education: 1.      4 year degree in Business or Computer Science and at least two years experience in related field. 2.      Experience managing contracts. This experience must include the full responsibility for the recruitment, hiring, development, and supervision of employees. 3.      Experience managing concurrent tasks. Project management must include planning, staffing, and control of each task assignment. 4.      Experience implementing automation projects which includes work plan development and day-to-day oversight of plan implementation. 5.      Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification recommended.
