Technical Support Specialist for ColdFusion application - Myrtle Beach, SC

Fuel Interactive is looking for a self-motivated and enthusiastic technical
support specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be
responsible for supporting our SaaS based online reservation applications which
serve the hospitality industry. The position is full time (40 hrs a week) and is
located in Myrtle Beach, SC.

Desired proficiencies:
* Exceptional troubleshooting and problem solving skills
* Excellent oral and written communication skills
* Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and a desire to work in a challenging
position
* Basic knowledge of Coldfusion or similar web development languages
* Prior software technical support experience preferred, but we are willing to
train the right person
* Self-directed “manager of one"
* Juggle multiple tasks simultaneously
Responsibilities:
* General phone and email support of Coldfusion SaaS applications
* New installation management
* Product training
* Create and maintain support systems including training videos, documentation,
FAQ
* Bug tracking including minor fixes and code changes
