XML help

Ok, I give up on this XML stuff. I'm feeding a number of large XML
files (created daily using Cold Fusion) to real estate sites that all
seem to be failing for one reason or another. Invalid characters,
"Content is not allowed in prolog", etc, etc... Different validation
sites and software give different reasons for failure, etc...
I'm willing to pay someone to solve this issue for me. Please respond
to lesirvin@gmail.com with your rates if interested in this little
troubleshooting project.
