JOB DESCRIPTION:
The successful candidate will join a team operating within the Dallas area,
providing both project and support services. This is a fast-paced environment,
and those who join the team will be expected to have a very strong personal drive
to succeed, to be able to contribute independently within a close team, and to be
rewarded for their effort. This particular position is ideal for the experienced
programmer who knows how to manage a retail/inventory process and is ready put
his/her technical and consulting skills to use making a significant difference
within businesses. Our Programmer/Developer embrace technical challenges and
enjoy working with exciting and emerging technologies, while also acknowledging
the need for system administration tasks.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Designs, develops, codes, tests and implements complex, data-driven web-based
applications and sites.
Works with staff and management to design and implement applications based on
staff and managements needs.
This position requires skills with various complex technologies, self-management
skills, willing to learn new technologies, and interpersonal communication
skills.
Certifications in technologies a plus.
At least 3 years experience required using technologies listed.
? Visual Studio, MVC
? .NET, Web Forms
? C#, Linq
? JavaScript, JQuery and JQueryUI, KnockoutJS a plus
? HTML, CSS, light Graphic Design
? REST, Web Services, WCF, Ajax
? SQL and MS SQL Server
? Some ColdFusion knowledge a plus
You must:
Have strong technical ability and outstanding troubleshooting skills.
Have prior experience, preferably with small and mid-size businesses.
Have excellent communication skills.
Have exceptional customer facing skills.
Have a high degree of demonstrated professionalism.
Be able to excel in a fast paced team environment.
Be able to effectively operate within set guidelines, policies and procedures.
Education required: BS in Computer Science/Engineering. Equivalent work
experience will be considered for education.
Clearance Required:
