Looking to use your skills in a fast-paced, stable environment and gain entry
into the federal sector? Were posting in search of candidates to fill the
following positions:
(1) Senior Web Developer/Applications Developer
(2) User Interaction/Application Developer.
Both positions require potential candidates to be able to work with clients on
developing and implementing ColdFusion and other ECM solutions. This is a great
opportunity with a rapidly growing start-up.
Education: College degree (CS, Engineering or Math degrees preferred)
<b>Basic Requirements for Senior Web Developer/ Application
Developer:</b>
<ul><li>8 or more years of application development</li>
<li>5 or more years of ColdFusion, including version 8</li>
<li>Code and Application Security</li>
<li>Application architecture (MVC) and design patterns</li>
<li>Application Frameworks (ColdBox)</li>
<li>Web Services -- REST-ful APIs</li>
<li>JavaScript -- jQuery, AJAX, OO JavaScript</li>
<li>CSS 2+</li>
<li>HTML 4+ (including W3C standards)</li>
<li>Database and SQL</li>
<li>Data architecture</li>
<li>Oracle PL/SQL</li>
<li>Stored procedures</li>
<li>Database optimization</li>
<li>Section 508 Standards</li>
<li>Application and website security</li>
<li>Native Java development a plus</li>
<li>Flash, Flex, and ActionScript a plus</li>
<li>Experience with Native Mobile applications a plus</li></ul>

The ideal candidate for our User Interaction Developer position is one with 2 to
5 years of web development experience, as well as familiarity with web
development practices and techniques.
<b>Basic Requirements for User Interaction/Application Developer:</b>
<ul><li>jQuery </li>
<li>jQuery UI </li>
<li>jQuery Mobile </li>
<li>HTML 4+</li>
<li>CSS 2+</li>
<li>Section 508 and WCAG Accessibility</li>
<li>Experience with at least one dynamic backend language (preferably CF)
</li></ul>
<b>Preferred Qualifications</b>
<ul><li>HTML 5 </li>
<li>CSS 3</li>
<li>ColdFusion </li>
<li>ColdBox ColdFusion Framework </li>
<li>Oracle SQL</li>
<li>Photoshop</li></ul>
<b>Bonus Qualifications:</b>
<ul><li>Flash ActionScript</li>
<li>Flex </li>
<li>jsp</li>
<li>Java </li>
<li>.Net </li>
<li>Android, BlackBerry, or iOS native development</li></ul>
Must have proven experience designing cross-browser implementations of
interactions across Internet Explorer 7+, Firefox 3+, Safari, and Chrome.
The ideal candidate for both positions will have excellent verbal and written
communication skills, and experience in a client-facing environment.
