Looking to use your skills in a fast-paced, stable
environment and gain entry into the federal sector?
Were posting in search of candidates to fill the
following position:
User Interaction/Application Developer.
This position requires potential candidates to be able
to work with clients on developing and implementing
ColdFusion and other ECM solutions. This is a great
opportunity with a rapidly growing start-up.
Location: Downtown Washington D.C. for first month
then mostly telework
Education: College Degree (CS, Engineering or Math
degrees
preferred)
The ideal candidate for our User Interaction Developer
position is one with 2 to 5 years of web development
experience, as well as familiarity with web
development practices and techniques.
Must have proven experience designing cross-
browser implementations of interactions across
Internet Explorer 7+, Firefox 3+, Safari, and Chrome.
Basic Requirements
jQuery
jQuery UI
jQuery Mobile
HTML 4+
CSS 2+
Section 508 and WCAG Accessibility
Experience with at least one dynamic backend language (preferably CF)
Preferred Qualifications
HTML 5
CSS 3
ColdFusion
ColdBox ColdFusion Framework
Oracle SQL
Photoshop
Bonus Qualifications:
Flash ActionScript
Flex
jsp
Java
.Net
Android, BlackBerry, or iOS native development
The ideal candidate for this position will have
excellent verbal and written communication skills,
and experience in a client-facing environment.
