This is the CF-OpenSource list... So click the CF-OpenSource link in the
<Mailing Lists> section of the menu on the left of the page...
Then put your emiail address in the box that will then appear... Make
sure you've selected unsubscribe and hey presto you should be
unsubscribed...

Did the list subscription specifically say that you had to be a CF
expert? No, I thought it was a open source mailing list to shares ideas,
and help one another, obviously not, eh?
