Unable to retrieve user name and password

I am posting this for a co-worker who can not receive his HOF user name and password.  He is not receiving any e-mails on this topic from the House of Fusion system. I posted this a few weeks ago.  We have checked every spam filter and setting available to us and the emails are not appearing in them. Ian
