Enterprise Edition ColdFusion 8 installation of memcached-2 3 1 jar

I'm attempting to install memcached on our staging server however I keep running into problems.  (Our development environment is a single server not the enterprise edition.)  I changed the the jvm.config file to reflect the new class path in the -Dcoldfusion.classPath setting however on restart I get the following error. 500 java.lang.NullPointerException   at jrun.servlet.JRunRequestDispatcher.invoke(JRunRequestDispatcher.java:285)   at jrun.servlet.ServletEngineService.dispatch(ServletEngineService.java:543)   at jrun.servlet.jrpp.JRunProxyService.invokeRunnable(JRunProxyService.java:203)   at jrunx.scheduler.ThreadPool$ThreadThrottle.invokeRunnable(ThreadPool.java:428)   at jrunx.scheduler.WorkerThread.run(WorkerThread.java:66) Does anyone have any ideas on how to resolve this?
