Error accessing COM object

hi Wwhen I try to use cfobject  for code it gives an error <cfobject action="CREATE" class="#Attributes.ProgId#" type="COM" name="XMLDoc"> The error message is An exception occurred when instantiating a COM object. The cause of this exception was that: java.lang.RuntimeException: Can not use native code: Initialisation failed. I am using coldfusion 8. Also verified that i am using 64-bit Java VM. Any pointers in this direction will be helpful
