Sorry if this ranks down in the remedial class of Coldfusion issues, this service, ccmgr.exe is running pretty hot (it appears) on our internal web server. By pretty hot I mean at a fairly constant 50% processor utilisation. This looks wrong. Before simply restarting it, could someone advise me a)What does it do? b)Should is be running this hot? c)Any potential pitfalls in a restart of this service? (Is there any point in restartin it?) Many thanks. FYI Windows Server 2003, Coldfusion 5 Best regards James

----- Excess quoted text cut - see Original Post for more ----- It's part of the included ClusterCATS software. If you're not using the ClusterCATS monitoring stuff (such as probes) you could just turn it off altogether. > FYI Windows Server 2003, Coldfusion 5 You might consider upgrading to a supported version of CF. CF 5 is pretty old. I wouldn't be too surprised if your problem is specific to Windows Server 2003.
