Why would they want us to Vote?I'm pretty sure that if you own 200 shares, your one vote counts 200 times. and that if you own 2,000,000 shares, then your one vote counts 2,000,000 times. This is how hostel takeovers occur... one guy/company/group of investors accumulates enough shares (51%) to have voting power over the rest of the share holders. not sure. haven't really had time to read the 40+ pages in the book Allaire sent out. but i think it is one vote. i would like to go to MA just to see what happens, but it doesn't really matter. -paul Web Developer, NBBJ Work: pihrig@nbbj.com 614 241-3534 fax: 614 485-5534 Home: pihrig@columbus.rr.com 614 449-1681 > icq: 47658358 >If those big groups want it to happen, our little 2 or 3 hundred shares (or >maybe you have a couple thousand?) mean very little in the weight of the >voting. Unless you have enough shares to have to register with the SEC when >you buy and sell, you're votes probably don't matter much. Is the voting weighted based on how many shares you own? Or does each shareholder just get one vote? Ryan ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Structure your ColdFusion code with Fusebox.
