ALLR becomes a penny stock if this doesnt go thru.

MACR goes up $10 bucks a share if it doesnt :-)

This is how most stock votes go. You make one vote and the number of shares
determines the weight of your vote (%).

I'm pretty sure that if you own 200 shares, your one vote counts 200 times.
and that if you own 2,000,000 shares, then your one vote counts 2,000,000
times. This is how hostel takeovers occur... one guy/company/group of
investors accumulates enough

haven't really had time to read the 40+ pages in the book Allaire sent out.
but i think it is one vote.
i would like to go to MA just to see what happens, but it doesn't really
matter.

It all comes down to who has the most voting power... There are 27,000,000
shares outstanding (i don't what outstanding is defined as). 33% of those
are held by institutions (at least that is what quicken says)

Current total shares value: 9*155 = $1395.00

9-3 = $6 per ALLR share
