> I've read that jQuery is also included in Dreamweaver CS4. Can anyone > confirm this? Some facts: - DW CS 4 offers some intellisense for JavaScript. Not up to Aptana, but better than nothing. Of course this should work with all the major frameworks/libraries out there, including jQuery. - The new "Widget Packager" makes it much easier to integrate Ajax's widget in DW CS 4: http://labs.adobe.com/wiki/index.php/Dreamweaver_Widget_Packager - Thanks to the Widget Packager new extensions are appearing on the Exchange, including jQuery and YUI widgets: http://www.adobe.com/cfusion/exchange/index.cfm?s=5&from=1&o=desc&cat=290&l=-1&event=productHome&exc=3 Unfortunately, based on some uninformed news/blog articles, plus some misleading pre-release videos from Adobe, quite a few people are getting the idea that support for jQuery and/or YUI is now build-in. Hope this will help. ---------------------------- Massimo Foti, web-programmer for hire Tools for ColdFusion, JavaScript and Dreamweaver: http://www.massimocorner.com ----------------------------
