ColdFusion developers in AustraliaI agree Russ (I just registered) but there's no harm in identifying the Australian CF presence and unifying it and then as part of that working out how as a community we can work in with the larger community but full marks Martin. Let me know if I can help at all. ++++++++++ Kevin Parker ++++++++++ Hi Martin, always good to see a new community in another country, well done, but too many dispersed communities does have a negative effect over all as people do not communicate or collaborate with each other, so I would suggest working in conjunction with existing communities and sharing resources, lists, discussion groups etc rather than starting a whole new set, remember that most things are global and not country specific. For example, for collaboration I run a Google Apps over at www.cfmldeveloper.com which is open to EVERYONE and as well as free gmail gives users the added bonus of being to collaborate within the same domain and share docs, code, use the peer review system, chat, etc. You may also find some other useful resources on these 2 sites which will save you some work. www.cf411.com www.cfsearch.com On Mon, Apr 30, 2012 at 7:34 AM, Martin Parry < martin.parry@beetrootstreet.com> wrote: > > Hey guys - I'm trying to get a ColdFusion developer community going in > Australia - Go to http://www.coldfusion.com.au and register your > interest..
