One of my co-workers has actually run into this a few times, or at least I think it was this error. What she found was that the neo-query.xml file was missing, for unknown reasons. The neo-query.bak file still existed, so she copied that to neo-query.xml and it worked fine again. She's still working on figuring out what caused the problem in the first place. I can check with her tomorrow to see if it was this exact error or not. Deb Anybody run into this before? On a Win2k box, CFMX . Thanks Deb! It would br great to know if it was the same error and which directories those files reside in so I can avoid a reinstall. When you find out either way just shoot me an update off list. I ran into this very same problem also and I could not find anything on it at www.macromedia.com/support.  I uninstalled and reinstalled and that fixed the problem.  I hated to do that but I did not know of anything else to do.
