What she found was that the neo-query.xml file was missing, for unknown reasons. The neo-query.bak file still existed, so she copied that to neo-query.xml and it worked fine again. She's still working on figuring out what caused the problem in the first place. I can check with her tomorrow to see if it was this exact error or not. Deb Anybody run into this before? I uninstalled and reinstalled and that fixed the problem. I hated to do that but I did not know of anything else to do.
