install RDS ColdFusion MX new install

I think you just have to go in an uncomment the RDS servlet in web.xml.  I believe that the installer just comments it out if you opt not to install it, but it might actually delete it, I've never checked. To "reinstall" RDS, edit {cfroot}\lib\adminconfig.xml, change <runsetupwizard>false</runsetupwizard> to true, then run the CFAdmin to complete the migration wizard again.
