Hosting statement questioned

Okay, one of the admins on the shared hosting that I use made the following statement: "I believe you can use ASPImage and ASPJpeg from Cold Fusion. These are powerful image manipulation components. If you can't use them, we'll consider installing that Tag" He's referring to the CFX_Image DLL that a couple of users have requested be installed.  Any comments on this would be greatly appreciated as the admins are VERY open to client comments and insight.
