ColdFusion 4 0 and Image Manipulation

Is there even a way to manipulate images in ColdFusion 4.0? Unfortunately the job I'm on requires CF 4.0, and it's on an old Netscape Suitespot 3.6 server :P

It's been way too long...Did 4 have cfexecute?
