Hi all, I'm looking at shopping cart solutions and am wondering what some of you have used in the past as far as 'off the shelf' stuff that is written in ColdFusion.   Specifically ones that are open source so they can be customized. Thanks! Dave

Dave, I originally thought about writing my own shell until I found CFWebstore.  The bang for the buck is great.  And their yahoo group is a great source of support.   Between the community and CFWebstore quickly responding to all questions, it's the best way to get tech support. I have no affiliation with the company--just a satisfied user. Bob

I'll second CFWebstore, for the money there is no comparison. It's Fusebox (at least the version I have is, it's FB3), so if you don't know that then there's a bit of a learning curve. I just checked the site and it's still FB3 - also it requires at least CF6 as the latest version uses CFC's. -- Josh

Thanks.  Just to clarify, I'm not looking for FREE Open Source shopping carts.   I'm looking for shopping carts built in ColdFusion where the unencrypted source code is available to someone to modify and customize it.  I'm willing to pay for the shopping cart.  I just wanted to clarify as "open source" means more than one thing nowadays. Any others besides CFWEBStore ? Dave

There's Cartweaver but I've only had experience with CFWebstore and have had great service and support from Mary Jo on it. My 2 cents.
