Due to a RAID card error on one of our Dell PowerEdge 1800s (it is currently running but without a mirror) I will be forced to reconstruct an array and reinstall Server 2003, IIS, & ColdFusionMX. I don't know much about IIS or ColdFusion so I'm hoping there will be an easy way :| Possibly export settings from both programs and import them to the new installation when complete? Maybe a settings file of some kind with all the pertinent data in it? Any help or links to info on reinstalling IIS & ColdFusion would be greatly appreciated! Thanks, Mike

What is the RAID card?  Is it build into the motherboard or an expansion card? If it is an Adaptec card, you can replace the RAID card.  The RAID information will be on the hard drive. I have replaced two Adaptec RAID cards in the past and never had to re-install.  The new card finds the RAID info from the hard drive and it is back up.
