Refreshing CFPod Contents

Is there a way to programmatically refresh the contents of a CFPod similar to the way you can call the GridRefresh method to refresh the grid.

Is there a way to programmatically refresh the contents of a CFPod similar to the way you can call the GridRefresh method to refresh the grid.   OR Is there a way to set a refresh time for a pod?   Thanks, Michael
