Anyone use/used Flinthosts in the UK?

Hi,
A friend is considering using Flinthosts in the UK for hosting his
ColdFusion sites. He's got 4 and their 'Professional' account looks
like it would take all of them as they're not high bandwidth.
Has anyone used Flinthosts and are they / were they any good?

Funny you should say that, we're currently in the process of moving all our
hosting to them.
So far I've found them very good. The support system is responsive and the
staff are friendly and know their stuff.
We're only at the start of our relationship with them but so far the signs
are very good.
We're going with 2 Managed VPS servers not their hosting accounts but the
support you receive will be the same.

Hi,
I've used them for 6 years and found them to be excellent. Support responses are
very quick.
I'd definitely recommend them.

I used them almost 3 years ago. I found their support to be very good however
they didn't have great 24 hour support. If I had a problem at the weekend I
wouldn't get an answer till Monday morning. The nature of our business requires
very responsive support which is why we had to switch.
They could have changed in the last 3 years of course!

Tried them out alongside a few others for a month, tested out their customer
support and technical knowledge etc, the clear winner for me was
cfmxhosting.co.uk who I have using ever since.

We used flinthost in the past although had problems with bandwidth and customer
service. Tested various hosting companies and decided to moved to Rackspace and
have been with them for over 5 years.
