ColdFusion/Flex Coding Kitchen

If you are planning to attend the ColdFusion/Flex Coding Kitchen on Wednesday morning, it looks like you should bring your own laptop. What applications should we have loaded on the machine? Flex? ColdFusion? SQL? DreamWeaver? Other? Also, I assume it's not necessary to bring a laptop for other topics? Thanks,   Allan M.
