Job Location: Open - any major city, NYC, NJ, CT, West Coast, USA
Hours/Week: 40+
Compensation: Negotiable salary with commission/bonus potential.
Job Description: Web Spiders is seeking an Architect/PM/Project Leader - a
solution provider - someone who has lived the internet from a hands on
development standpoint and can work directly with prospects (in the sales
pipeline) and clients as needed. We provide our clients with applications
and software development services to Middle to Large corporations, ISV's and
Entrepreneurs.
Can you walk the walk about Adobe Flex, Ajax, SilverLight, AIR? Have you
lead major web site and web application projects... with CMS's (Ektron,
Joomla, Drupal...)? Have you lead projects and managed programmers (managing
offshore programmers will be a plus).
Do you enjoy talking to business owners - helping them to shape a winning
business solution using RIA / Web 2.0? Can you help sales close the deal?
Function and Tasks include...
= Stay current and extremely knowledgeable in Internet Technology.
= Client support services
= Work closely with our sales and development teams, in the US and India.
= Trade Show, article & blog writing
= Some hands on development might be needed
= Travel including some minor engagements with clients at their site
Experience Requirements: 5+ years in hand on technology. Hands on experience
with RIA/Web 2.0. Proven project leadership and architect skills for middle
and large sized engagements. Strong verbal and presentation communication.
Can you make the complex sound simple to a business owner? Strategic and
Solutions Minded.
Education: Associate Degree and above

rapidly. I am managing sales from our East Coast office and am also seeking
a West Coast based sales manager.
This position can be located anywhere in the United States (NYC/North East
or West Coast a plus)
