Studying Flex looking for starting project - ColdFusion /Flash/SQL Skill already possessed (7 years)

Hi all, My name is Michael W. Firth a developer who is currently specializing in
the development of ColdFusion, Flash and SQL Server applications. I am though in
the process of studying Flex to become my new primary and looking for any type of
entry project do. I be honest, if your project is big time Flex it might be too
much. But what I can do is offer CFC development along with creating a backend
interacting with say a web service etc.
Also I would be very intrested in any full time opportunities which allow me to
gain knowledge in Flex at a rapid pace while being able to contribute with my
other skills. Please note though

request. Refrences can be provided upon request also but usually given during
the conversation about your project. I can start immediate. As to maintaining
proper communication my home office can handle speakerphone conferences as well
as video conferencing. I also can do most IMs which include AOL, Skype, and MSN.
As to a full detail of my skills here it goes: Coldfusion (currently version 8
but also offer 7) (7 years)Note: I have had some exposure to Model-Glue and
Coldspring on a past project. The majority of projects I have worked on
involving ColdFusion have been using a coventional CFC or normal CFM pages. I am
espically intrested in working with the AJAX framework provided with Coldfusion
or any type of CFC development with Flex applications. Flash 8 (mostly AS2 but
currently learning AS3 with the MX class components) (3 years)Note: I am now
moving away from doing RIAs with Flash with my learning of Flex, but can still do
simple XML driven apps & also timeline animations if you require it. SQL Server
2000 and 2005 (7 years)Note: Most of SQL experience has been working with
Coldfusion as to doing standard select, update, insert, and delete operations. I
also can do stored procedures within SQL Server and calling it via
cfstoredprocedure tag etc. Also I can design and set up SQL server based
databases via TSQL or Enterprise Manager. I am also able to connect remotely if
required using my developer edition. Finally as to my own requirements, they are
as follows:(1) written agreement signed by both parties regardless of size of
project. If the opportunity is a full time job I do ask to be provided with all
company guidelines etc. Unfortunatly in my last position I trusted a little too
much and got burned. (2) My hourly rate for 1099 projects is $20 an hour. If
you do have a full time opportunity my salary rate is $30,000 a year.(3) I do
work from home, but I want to emphaize if the opportunity is full time I would
prefer at some point to come on location for people to get to know me. (4) If it
is a 1099 project and short term please be clear on what your expectations are
like project deadlines and what you all want and provide this in your email to
