Java Flex developer for a Financial Institution!!

Duration: 2 years
Here are requirements for the role.
Java Skills:
- Core Java developer with at least 6 years, cache based server side technology,
Spring, AOP, IOC, garbage collection, memory usage, performance tuning, design
patterns. Flex is a huge plus.
- Multithreading / concurrency
- Understanding of basic concepts of in-memory processing; experience is the plus
- SQL
Flex requirements:
- Flex 3 / Flash 4 Builder experience (extending core components), both MXML and
ActionScript working with all components (charts, datagrids, trees etc)
- Experience working with large datasets in Flex
- Flex External API interaction
- Java Remoting (Blaze DS or LCDS experience)
- Design patters, MVC’s such as Cairngorm, PureMVC, Swiz (preferred)
- Experience building and customizing Flex charts (line, area chart etc)
- Skinning/styling
Remember, Flex is primary and Java is secondary but both are mandatory.
