HE3
single apostrophe in plain HTML (color coding)

The syntax color coding doesn't work properly if there's a single apostrophe
within plain HTML text, for example:
<h3>Test 1: perform an insert and don't return anything</h3>
When I first open the file, everything to the right of the apostrophe
(inclusive) for the remainder of that line is colored bright blue. If I make
any edit to the line (to either the left or right of the apostrophe) and
then save the file, the text color is changed to black, as it should be,
except the closing </h3> is also colored black (it should be the navy blue
used for all other HTML tags). If I close and reopen the file, the bright
blue is back.
I'm running 0.7.4.
