Java Developers needed in KC

We are currently looking to fill a 3 month contract-to-hire programmer analyst position ASAP! This position will be involved in the development of web based applications for use on the Internet. The position requires an understanding of the SCRUM software development lifecycle, service oriented architecture, object-oriented theory, web application design, and development principles. This developer will work directly with multiple IT areas and the business partners to design, develop, implement, and support business solutions.     Qualifications: Required • Professional with Bachelor’s degree preferred with 3+ years experience or equivalent combination of education and experience • Individual must be self-motivated and proactive with excellent interpersonal skills • Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly & effectively with multiple technical & non-technical groups • Intermediate to advanced experience with SCRUM software development lifecycle • Advanced understanding of application security and secure application development • Intermediate understanding of SOA concepts and practices • Experience designing and developing test frameworks and processes to ensure code quality. • Advanced knowledge of these technologies: Java, JSP, Spring, Struts, XML and WSDL • Intermediate development experience with SQL (Select, Insert, Update, Delete, Stored Procedures, Query Optimization, SQL Tuning).
