Required Skills: * No less than 5 years of development with Java; we seek mid to architect level * Prior experience working with JSP, J2EE * 5+ years software development including: requirements analysis, functional specifications, design specifications, OO implementation, testing, validation, installation. * Experience with customer interfacing. * Experience with full software development lifecycle and best practices methodologies. * 4-year bachelor's degree in CS, CIS or related discipline. Additional Desired Skills: * Technical experience a plus in any of the following platforms: Windows, Unix, Eclipse, WebLogic, Oracle. * Strong verbal and written communications. * Motivated self-starting professional with high integrity, honesty and self confidence. * Understanding of product development (within medical device is a major plus). * Strong team, interpersonal and client-facing consulting skills. * Experienced in working with complex systems in various customer environments.
